Frequently Asked Questions!

What safety precautions are you taking due to COVID19? Since March 10 we have implemented a mask requirement for all staff. They will arrive at your home with a mask and gloves on. New cleaning cloths are used at each home, and equipment is sanitized in between visits. If anyone is not feeling well (staff or client), we will reschedule. We ask clients if at all possible to isolate to a single area/room of the home and allow a minimum of 6’ physical distance between them and staff.

Who will be coming? We send a team of 2-3 crew members depending on the size and scope of the job.

How long will it take? Most standard jobs take 2 hours or less.

Do I need to supply anything? We bring all necessary chemicals and equipment.

How do I pay? Our staff are trusted to receive payments via cash, check, or major credit card.

Do I tip? Tips are never expected, but always appreciated! Tips can be cash directly to the staff, or added on your credit card or check payment.

How do I know when my appointment is? We use Housecall Pro to schedule appointments. You should receive a confirmation of your appointment 3 days prior via email. You will also receive a text alert when the crew is on their way, and when finished.

What is the price? We offer pricing packages with basics included. Items such as baseboards, blinds, and interior fridge and oven cleaning can be added, as can linen changes on beds. Just let us know ahead of time!

What is included in a deep clean? These are customizable to your needs, but most people have us focus on the kitchen and bathroom areas. We allot a 2 hour window for deep cleaning and will accomplish as much as possible during this time.

What is included in a move out? The is a nearly top to bottom cleaning. Light fixtures, ceiling fans, full kitchen and bathroom, interior and exterior of cabinets and drawers, interior and exterior of all appliances, and flooring. Items NOT included in a move out cleaning are: extensive wall/door/doorway cleaning (can be added), blinds (can be added), carpet shampoo (we can refer you to a great company for this!).

If I schedule online, and want regular service, what should I do? Online booking is great for clients that need to find a day that works for them. If you’d prefer regular service, please contact us so we can make arrangements to find a regular time that works for us both. This ensures you receive the consistent crew each visit.

What products do you use? We use high quality products including a hospital grade disinfectant, Weimans granite and stone polish, and other basics such as pumice stone and Barkeepers Friend. We have found Norwex window cloths are the best for cleaning glass and mirrors, but our favorite and most utilized product is good old elbow grease!
